(REVISED January 25, 2022) Any 8th grade or first-time 9th grade student (who lives in NYC) can apply to any/all of the programs at LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and the Performing Arts by registering to audition and then submitting audition materials online.
Is LaGuardia High School Worth It?
Laguardia is a great school for learning basics in art. The art teachers there are great especially the ceramics and advanced painting teachers. Some academic teachers at Laguardia are great, but some of them are just not that good. Overall if you want to go here for learning basic fine arts then I would recommend it.
