No. The real problem with the statement is the word ALWAYS. It is true, very true, that size, strength and athleticism confer a massive advantage in a physical confrontations, and other things (technique, skill level, aggression, etc.) being equal, the larger fighter will LIKELY, but not certainly, prevail.
