Big, bouncy, juicy and rich, this is an excellent everyday drinking Barossa Shiraz from the stellar 2018 vintage. You could cellar for 4-5 years but there really is no need as all the goodies are good to go now. There are black fruits, red apple skin, general juiciness and fine tannins to finish.
